The workshop will take place at the Università degli studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, Palazzo Battiferri, aula Magna di Economia, Via Aurelio Saffi 42, 61029 Urbino (Italy).
HOW TO REACH
Take into consideration that, when public transportation is considered, Urbino can only be reached using busses. This means that Urbino is poorly connected to other towns during evening/night hours and during the weekends/holidays. Remember this when you are planning your journeys. Note also that taxis are available, but they are quite expensive.
By plane
Flights to the airports of Ancona or Rimini, followed by train or bus*** The closest airport is in Ancona. There are several connections every day from the airport of Ancona and those of Roma Fiumicino, Milano Malpensa, Munich, Francoforte. It is possible to fly to Bologna* Airport, and then take the train from Bologna to Pesaro (several connections, time required about 1 hour and 40 minutes).
* If you arrive at Bologna Airport or at Rimini airport, you have to reach the railway station by a bus (very quick connection, every 15 minutes in both cases) and then take a train to Pesaro. You can find the time table at the web page of Italian Railways

Go from Fiumicino airport to Roma-Termini railway station by train (very quick and frequent connections) and then you take a train from Roma-Termini to Ancona. You can find the train time table at the web page of Italian Railways

A14 motorway: direction Canosa/Bologna > Pesaro-Urbino exit > SS. 423 Urbinate.ZTL Urbino: The event is into a limited traffic zone. Who come by car can park their vehicle at the Santa Lucia or at the Borgo Mercatale parking.
Both the parking are close to the conference vanue (parking fee).
By sea
Ferry service to the port of Ancona, tourist port of Pesaro or Fano, followed by bus or car journeyBy bus

Social event
Party at Caffè Basili, Urbino. School participants will be able to enjoy two hours of relaxation while enjoying an aperitif offered by the school. The aperitif also represents the opportunity to meet the participants in the MDEF (Dynamic Models in Economics and Finance) conference, i.e. it represents an important networking opportunity.
